I know why I want that cookie! It tastes good. But, sometimes I can eat just one and other times I can't stop my self from eating them all.

Hello and thanks. I am in the same situation. At the same time, I am a binge eater so whatever is around at the time I want to eat, whether hungry or not, I will eat. I am currently doing research on binge eating and think that once I can figure that out, now worry so much about making it easier for "everyone" else (by not worrying bout making something different for me) it has to be easier. Your encouragement is a bug help.

Thanks and good luck!

I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease one year ago and immediately started the GF diet. It is one of the most notoriously difficult diets out there. I still mess up sometimes. My family is not gluten free and so that makes it even harder. You just gotta put it in your head that if you eat this garbage, it's gonna cause serious health problems in the long term. It sucks, I know... but it's the only way to get better.

I truly believe some of the problems are control issues. When we don't have control with important things in our lives we participate in behavior that we can control, eating, smoking, drinking, they can all turn into addictions.I myself have certain foods that I love and I will most of the time eat till I'm sick unless someone is there to stop me.It just tastes that good!My generation was also told to eat everything on your plate. As a grown adult I find myself doing just that. And money is hard to come by so I also will eat it because I paid for it, tasty or not.I have heard of binge eaters that have become that because of lack of food as children. We are creatures of habit and I think too many things are wrongly labeled. So before you wrongly accuse yourself, think of the reason you really want that cookie.

Some of those (bad smells) are excretions from the foods and medications we take.If the problem is that offensive, discuss it with your doctor. One other good thing to do is go to a reputable health food store, one in your hometown you can trust to not just sell you for the sell. Also I suggest using under arm pads in your clothing, as soon as they are tarnished, remove them and the bacteria they hold like in your clothing. As for the people like me with allergies I feel for you. Some of us can only wash when needed.I have on occasion used wet wipes.I have found that Cottonelle and Scott work for me.I will let you know if I find anything else, good luck to all.

Hi I was wondering how your trials were going, since you had last posted in Nov. 09?
I have friends who have had success with RSL using Xango mangosteen juice. I started using mangosteen juice for prevention and increased energy after my second child. My immediate and extended family now use Xango daily with great results in everything from better sleep, more energy to managing diabetes. Xango has a money back guarantee so if you are continuing your trails I believe you will be pleased with the effectiveness of Xango. No harm in trying the brand who brought mangosteen juice to the market place.
Best of everything and in your quest for relief of RLS

Many years ago I used some deoderant stone, that was covered in some salt film. Came in it's own draw string bag. I think I used it once after shaving and it stung like h***!! You ran water over it then rubbed under arms. It worked for a while but not always. Then as I get older in the perimenopausal state, hormones need more help. :) Sometimes, that's a doctor issue.

I've used Tom's of Maine deoderant for years. Currently Calendula scent (I hate overly PERFUMY junk and avoid them like the plague) You can get Tom's online or at Jungle Jim's. Maybe even krogers in natural foods section? I wear deoderants but NOT ANTI-Perspirants..that's what can get you into trouble. If one is really nervous about sweating you can wear perspiration shields. I know women years ago who wore such things in wedding dresses..handy for summer weddings. :-)

I think in this day and age we find ourselves always needing to label everything. Life is just that, life.We are who we are.Sometimes there are no explanations. We live in a very demanding society, pulled in every direction, fast paced, want it now. It's no wonder we have so many problems. We all need help with everyday chores and never seem to get it.It's no wonder we're all going out of our minds. Also I think we expect too much of ourselves,I think there is proof that there is no simple solution, just try to hang in there, except help when offered(even if it isn't the way we want it)pray or meditate, and breathe!
