Have you 'leftover' lately?

I absolutely love to take leftover foods and see what I can create from them.  Just about an hour ago, I went into the kitchen to see what I could make for lunch.

For myself, 2% mac-n-cheese with ground round, pureed peas and sweet potatoes and low fat sour cream. Yum!

For my husband, grilled sweet onions in olive oil with garlic, sea salt and rosemary and Polish kebasa on a grilled sub roll. He loved it.

I wonder what’s for dinner…
