Today I made two dishes out of things in the fridge.
First, I made a mac-n-cheese dish.
Macaronit and cheese, ground round, pureed peas and sweet potatoes and sour cream. The puree in case you are wondering was extra from the spaghetti sauce I made the other day. I often puree vegetables and put them in the food!
Second I made a kebassa sandwich.
Sweet onions in olive oil with garlic, sea salt and rosemary. I added the Polish Kebassa and let it grill together and put it on a toasted sub roll. Yum! My husband loved it.
