
I wonder how far it goes?
Does anyone out there have some advise on what vitamins I should get for my 6 year old son? I want him to have something that is organic, possibly with whole foods (not necessarily “whole food vitamins”). I also need a vitamin that has iron in it. I have tried like three different types of vitamins for him and with good results however I would like to get some opinions to make sure that I am getting the best that I can for what I can afford.
He likes the gummy ones so I look for those but I am concerned about most of them having the first ingredient as High Fructose Corn Syrup. Does it have to include that? What are my options? I am sure that if the chewable kind were not like chalk then it would be much better so that is always an option.
